  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States.

  • Expedited or priority shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International shipping may be available; rates and delivery times will vary by country.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Rovayne is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • For assistance, email us at support@rovayne.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
